NAV 2015 Development Environment won't open

 After installing NAV 2015, when I tried to open RTC client and Development Environment to open NAV Database, an error message popped-up, saying "your program license has been expired". Importing new license through  NAV Admin Shell Command "Import-NAVServerLicense" and restarting the server worked for opening the RTC, but Development Environment won't open. Then I had to replace the Cronus.flf (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\RoleTailored Client)  from a newer Cronus.flf from BC14. Then it started to work.
